Pair of 19th Century Continental Green-Painted & Gilt Brass Girandole Mirrors

A decorative pair of 19th century Continental girandole mirrors, each with a shaped mirror plate decorated with birds amongst foliage. The mirrors are framed in a soft green-painted surround with gilt brass detailing, while the lower frieze issues two scrolling candle arms with circular drip pans.

The combination of painted decoration, aged mirror plates and gilt brass mounts gives the pair a particularly attractive period character. Ideal for a hallway, drawing room, bedroom or decorative interior scheme.
