A highly decorative Rococo-style porcelain centrepiece bowl, featuring a deep burgundy exterior with hand-painted figural and floral panels, contrasted by a pale interior decorated with delicate floral sprays. The bowl is mounted within an elaborate gilt bronze frame, with scrolling handles, pierced gallery detail and a richly cast foliate pedestal base.
The combination of porcelain, painted decoration and ornate gilt metalwork gives the piece a strong French-inspired character and impressive decorative presence. Ideal as a centrepiece for a dining table, console, sideboard, hotel, restaurant or traditional interior.
